Role Context<\/p>\n
\tPreparation of monthly dashboard management accounts as well as month-end audit file and group reporting packs to be completed within set timetables;
\n\tStrict deadlines;
\n\tComplex accounting principles;
\n\tPreparation and submissions of relevant SARS returns; VAT returns, PAYE returns, Provisional taxation returns, Income taxation returns;
\n\tPreparation of annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS;
\n\tPreparation of budgets and budget variance analysis;
\n\tPreparation of cash flow forecasting;
\n\tGeneral ledger management and maintenance;
\n\tMaintain an accurate and complete trail of supporting documentation for all financial and bookkeeping activities;
\n\tPreparation of taxation and deferred taxation calculation;
\n\tBi-annual external reviews and annual statutory audits;
\n\tCreditors, salary related payment approvals on internet banking platform;
\n\tAdhoc requests.<\/p>\n

\tGrade 12;
\n\tBCom Accounting degree or equivalent.<\/p>\n
Job Specific experience\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tMinimum: 4 years\u2019 relevant experience. Preferable mining or complex industry;
\n\tSage X3 experience \u2013 preferable;
\n\tMicrosoft Dynamics 365;
\n\tOnestream experience \u2013 preferable;
\n\tExcellent excel skills and should be able to manage complex formulas and volumes of
\n\tdata.<\/p>\n
