a clear understanding thereof throughout the division.<\/p>\n<p>TALENT ATTRACTION &amp; RETENTION<\/p>\n<p>\tLead the recruitment and effect on-boarding of suitable candidates for the division through partnering with group recruitment as well as implementing &amp; managing effective recruitment and on-boarding strategies &amp; techniques resulting in the right candidates in the right roles.<br \/>\n\tOversee implementation &amp; management of reward &amp; recognition to attract, retain &amp; motivate staff while ensuring internal equity &amp; external competitiveness.<\/p>\n<p>TALENT MANAGEMENT &amp; ORG DESIGN<\/p>\n<p>\tLead effective talent management &amp; organisational design within the division through actively driving culture, recognition, values, succession planning, training &amp; development, change management as well as performance management processes resulting in the retention and growth of good talent and the effective management of poor performance.<\/p>\n<p>TRANSFORMATION<\/p>\n<p>\tLead transformation efforts by ensuring the achievement of divisional Employment Equity (EE) targets, fostering an inclusive and representative workforce.<br \/>\n\tChampion Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) initiatives that align with EE objectives, driving meaningful progress toward a culture of belonging.<\/p>\n<p>EMPLOYEE RELATIONS<\/p>\n<p>\tMaintain &amp; monitor the practice of all employee relations processes within the division and ensure all compliance requirements are adhered to such as EE, BBBEE, all labour related legislation across the division.<br \/>\n\tContribute to board reports and Organizational Health Index (OHI) assessments by providing insights into the overall health of human capital and tracking the progress of related strategic projects.<\/p>\n<p>LEADING THE TEAM<\/p>\n<p>\tLead the divisional People Team in the successful workflow of HR practices including all of the above areas of responsibility in order to achieve our HR strategy and KPI&#8217;s.<br \/>\n\tIdentify and drive training needs, coaching and development with a key focus on Talent management and succession planning, including effective performance feedback to achieve high performance teams.<\/p>\n<p>Qualifications<br \/>\nEducation \/ Qualifications<\/p>\n<p>\tPost-Graduate University Degree; NQF level 8 or equivalent in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Legal, or related.<br \/>\n\tMinimum Bachelor&#8217;s or equivalent 3-year degree (ISCED 6).<\/p>\n<p>Experience<\/p>\n<p>\t8+ years&#8217;
