negotiations: Tailor solutions and value propositions to client needs and negotiate effectively.<\/p>\n<p>Requirements<\/p>\n<p>We\u2019re Looking for Someone Who:<\/p>\n<p>\tHas 5+ years of sales experience, ideally within the municipal environment.<br \/>\n\tUnderstands how municipalities operate \u2014 this is essential.<br \/>\n\tBrings strong account management and business development skills.<br \/>\n\tPeople Management experience<br \/>\n\tDemonstrates a customer-first mindset with proven ability to drive results.<br \/>\n\tIs highly skilled in building networks, navigating complex clients, and solving challenges proactively.<br \/>\n\tHas a relevant university degree (or equivalent).<\/p>\n<p>You\u2019ll Excel If You:<\/p>\n<p>\tLead with confidence and influence cross-functional collaboration.<br \/>\n\tAre action-oriented, organised, and committed to excellence.<br \/>\n\tBring insights that connect our solutions to client needs and market changes.<br \/>\n\tHave a strong understanding of CRM systems, sales strategies, and stakeholder management.<\/p>\n<p>Education<\/p>\n<p>\tMatric &#8211; Essential<br \/>\n\tRelevant bachelor&#8217;s degree or equivalent<\/p>\n<p>Experience<\/p>\n<p>\tThe incumbent must have at least five (5) years sales experience in municipal environment.<br \/>\n\tKnowledge of how a municipality operates is a definite requirement.<br \/>\n\tManagerial experience &#8211;
