\tTo provide consolidated Management Information, financial reporting and detailed insights for PPB Group holistically that is relevant, incisive and timeous in order to optimise strategic decision making.
\n\tLead and drive the development of the necessary material needed for external result presentations and analyst meetings and prepare responses to analysts’ queries as well as interactions with Investor Relations.
\n\tLead the consolidation and reporting of PPB Group holistic budgets, revised estimates and rolling forecasts.\u00a0
\n\tLead and drive the PPB Group narrative development for all internal and external business positioning, including analyst and investor engagements and Board discussions.
\n\tDevelop, drive and lead the change plan, including innovation, optimization, and change management across the continent for PPB Finance.<\/p>\n
Qualification:<\/p>\n
\tPost Graduate Degree in Finance and Accounting
\n\tCA(SA) required, 10 Years’ post qualifying experience<\/p>\n
Experience Required:<\/p>\n
\tMore than 10 years\u00a0understanding of the end-to-end Financial Value Chain in Financial Services, specifically Retail Banking
\n\tExperience in consolidating large business reports and planning management information with detailed analysis and insights to direct strategic decision making on C-Suite level.
\n\tThe role requires previous experience in heading up a finance team and delivering key MIS to business unit.
\n\tExperience and capability to lead and drive change management in a finance department or business unit
\n\tManagement Accounting reporting experience.
\n\tBroad understanding of a business environment.
\n\tKnowledge of financial analysis techniques.
\n\tConstruct, read and interpret financial statements.
\n\tComputer literacy in well-known applications.
\n\tExperience of industry key ratio comparatives.<\/p>\n
