Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tSupervision of workload of the team and allocation to team members to optimize service provision and administrative support across the hours of the contact centre
\n\tMonitor and evaluate consultants\u00b4 activities and team operations
\n\tResolving internal and external queries from financial advisors and clients
\n\tCommunicating information regarding instructions, processes and procedures to advisors and clients
\n\tProactively retaining and attracting business by providing excellent service to advisors and clients
\n\tMaintaining Monthly Attendance Record
\n\tMaintaining Key Performance Activities (KPA)
\n\tPerforming and maintaining corrective actions where necessary to increase staff performance
\n\tPanel-admin training of new staff
\n\tHandling and resolving escalations, second call resolutions etc
\n\tDrive bulk admin function communication (failed and unpaid annuities, advisor commission suspension etc)
\n\tIdentify opportunities and implement actions to streamline business processes
\n\tServicing and maintaining direct client and\/or financial advisor base for Life and Investment Products
\n\tQuality assurance of correspondence sent by the consultants telephonically or by email
\n\tOnline Enrolments
\n\tBack up to team members where necessary
\n\tProvide support to the Client Services Manager in the development and implementation of technology and systems to ensure the most effective use of new technology and opportunities.<\/p>\n
Minimum requirements:<\/p>\n
\tMinimum qualification: Financial degree (NQF Level 7)
\n\tMinimum of 2 year experience as a Team Leader in a Life\/LISP Call Centre\/Client Services environment
\n\tProfessional and friendly telephone manner
\n\tGood understanding of mathematical calculations
\n\tTake initiative
\n\tExcellent time management skills
\n\tAbility to multi-task and have good organisational capacity
\n\tProblem solving skills
\n\tCan work independently and as part of a team
\n\tApply sound judgement in query resolution
\n\tOutcomes based training ability
\n\tNatural leadership skills
\n\tDetailed systems observation, attention to detail and solving arising problems.
\n\tAbility to do performance calculations and reconciliations
\n\tApproachable and supportive
\n\tHigh ability to mediate and resolve dispute<\/p>\n
