As an Assurance Agent, you will be responsible for:<\/p>\n
\tRegular Customer Updates with Notes
\n\tLog in to the Vision system daily in order to keep up to date with changes and lead times
\n\tIdentify any repair delays timeously
\n\tManage client expectations by informing customers promptly about changes in repair lead times
\n\tAssessment of Customer Needs
\n\tDisplay a positive body language at all times when engaging with customers and present in the store
\n\tAdhere to the appropriate dress code as indicated
\n\tDemonstrates knowledge and understanding of products and services
\n\tIdentify customer needs and address requests in an appropriate manner
\n\tVerify and communicate whether the matter at hand can be resolved in-store
\n\tDemonstrate a strong proficiency in the understanding of smartphones and mobile devices, with excellent knowledge of computer, laptop and tablet operating systems
\n\tIn-Store Activation, OBF, Fault Escalations, Repairs and Stock Control
\n\tProcess activation requests promptly
\n\tEffectively run tests with relevant testing equipment to identify faults and problems
\n\tVerify and confirm order booking as per procedure
\n\tEffectively explain fault escalation and resolution process to customers
\n\tDemonstrate the ability to escalate faults, facilitate repairs and manage stock according to set policies and procedures
\n\tProcess Management: Repairs
\n\tInform and effectively communicate with customers about the repair process and the default time frame to be expected for repairs
\n\tActively monitor the repair turnaround time and keep customers informed on progress
\n\tAssessment of Customer Needs
\n\tProvide a detailed explanation of the post-service assessment process to customers
\n\tFollow the approved script (Telkom way)
\n\tGreet customers in a friendly manner
\n\tConstantly assess and monitor if the customer’s needs are being met\u00a0<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
\t1-3 years\u2019 experience in Retail and Frontline customer experience, preferably within the telecommunications industry.
\n\tAn understanding of mobile data and its components as well as operating systems, and MCSE experience advantageous
\n\tGrade 12(Matric)
\n\tA+, N+, MCSE
\n\tProblem solving skills
\n\tTime Management Skills
\n\tCommunication skills
\n\tNetwork, computer and mobile device proficiency
\n\tTroubleshooting and quality orientation
\n\tDiagnostic skills<\/p>\n
