\nFacilities Coordinator – Delmas<\/p>\n
\tClient engagement \u2013 Ensure regular meetings and be a trusted partner and escalation point.
\n\tPeople leadership \u2013 Support account teams as escalation point including HR Related issues, IT and Connectivity, Operations, Employee Engagement)
\n\tCommercial and Contractual accountability \u2013 Full understanding and accountability of all key P&L & KPI drivers. Intimate understanding of Client contractual requirements
\n\tSourcing and Supplier management \u2013 Ensure effective supplier management and sourcing support.
\n\tInternal stakeholders \u2013 Ensure smooth working relationship with all internal stakeholders.
\n\tSales and Growth \u2013 Partner with clients to ensure organic growth from Client
\n\tBe part of working groups for various business development requirements.
\n\tProject management \u2013 Assist Client where required
\n\tDeveloping and presenting of business cases
\n\tCreate and track employee performance goals & KPI\u2019s
\n\tDrive and monitor employee training requirements
\n\tBudget management and monthly tracking
\n\tSupport and drive client savings initiatives<\/p>\n
Governance:<\/p>\n
\tAttend local governance calls where required
\n\tParticipate in finance review calls where required
\n\tEnsure Client statutory requirements are met
\n\tParticipate in Site Sustainability where required<\/p>\n
Decision making authority:<\/p>\n
\tAs per approval framework
\n\tManagement of CMMS, CFMS and related systems
\n\tManagement of services and client contracts
\n\tCompliance to the OHS Act and other statutory requirements<\/p>\n
Experience \/ Education:<\/p>\n
\tA minimum of 3 years Facilities Coordination
\n\tMinimum qualifications – Technical background or Bachelor\u2019s degree\/Diploma in engineering or related field or relevant experience
\n\tFull understanding of commercial and financial business principles. (P&L, Balance Sheet, Income Statement, GM, GL, EBITDA)
\n\tProject management skills and experience
\n\tStrong analytical and problem-solving skills<\/p>\n

\n\tFinancial \/ Numeracy Skills \u2013 Full understanding of financial principles
\n\tQuality\/standards awareness and implementation \u2013 as per contractual requirements
