Change Request Management:<\/p>\n
\tAnalyze change requests comprehensively, assessing both their technical and functional implications.
\n\tCollaborate effectively with stakeholders to prioritize requests\u00a0based on their strategic impact and urgency.
\n\tDesign, develop, and meticulously test new features or requested modifications.
\n\tPlan and execute the deployment of changes\u00a0in close coordination with relevant teams to minimize operational disruptions.
\n\tPreventive Maintenance and Improvements:
\n\tProactively monitor application performance\u00a0to identify and seize opportunities for optimization and continuous improvement.

Support and Assistance:<\/p>\n
\tProvide direct technical support to end-users, assisting them in resolving issues and ensuring efficient application usage.
\n\tOrganize and deliver comprehensive training sessions\u00a0for both existing users and new recruits on application features and best practices.
\n\tCollaboration and Communication:
\n\tWork in close synergy with other crucial IT teams, including development, testing, and infrastructure teams.
\n\tMaintain regular and transparent communication with stakeholders, providing updates on progress, addressing challenges, and highlighting achievements.<\/p>\n
Change Management:<\/p>\n
\tPlan and meticulously coordinate application changes\u00a0to ensure minimal impact on ongoing business operations.
\n\tProactively identify and mitigate risks\u00a0associated with all changes and updates to the master data environment.<\/p>\n
Required Experience:<\/p>\n
\tDemonstrable proficiency with SQL Server\u00a0and\u00a0SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).
\n\tHands-on experience with\u00a0Semarchy xDM\u00a0for robust master data management.
\n\tFamiliarity with systems hosted on\u00a0Windows 11\u00a0environments.
\n\tStrong understanding and practical experience leveraging\u00a0Azure DevOps\u00a0for comprehensive development activities, including source code management via\u00a0Git, task tracking using\u00a0Work Items, and deployment automation through\u00a0Pipelines.
\n\tExperience utilizing\u00a0Jira-based ticketing systems\u00a0for effective management of data-related bug and change requests (“MDM Incident” and “MDM Request”).<\/p>\n
Understanding of Data and Business Context:<\/p>\n
\tSolid knowledge of\u00a0master data consolidation, authoring, and distribution\u00a0principles.
\n\tAbility to effectively work with master data across\u00a0six critical business domains: Client, Product, Finance, Location, Structure, and Nomenclature.
\n\tExperience and capability to interact effectively with\u00a0governance teams composed of business users\u00a0for each master data domain, contributing to data quality and policy discussions.
\n\tExperience managing data from\u00a0multiple, diverse data providers (currently 15 different sources)\u00a0and catering to various data consumers, primarily\u00a0BI tools, with an expectation of growing usage by other company-managed software.<\/p>\n
