Responsibilities
\nWhat You\u2019ll Do<\/p>\n
\tAccelerate Oracle Services growth by closing new business and renewals, meeting and exceeding quota.
\n\tDrive strategic pipeline development and progression through demand generation, opportunity conversion, and active deal management.
\n\tEstablish trusted relationships with key stakeholders, positioning Oracle\u2019s services as critical to their digital transformation.
\n\tIdentify upsell opportunities and renewal needs within existing accounts.
\n\tCollaborate with delivery teams to prepare and attend business reviews and value assessments with customers.
\n\tOwn account planning and territory management in partnership with Specialist Account Executives (SAEs).
\n\tAct as a point of escalation to resolve customer or partner issues.
\n\tEnsure smooth onboarding and project execution with implementation partners to deliver value and set the stage for future growth.
\n\tCollaborate cross-functionally across Oracle lines of business and the wider ecosystem to ensure customer success.<\/p>\n
What You\u2019ll Bring<\/p>\n
\tProven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, ideally within the South African market.
\n\tExperience managing complex accounts and navigating customer organizations, including C-level stakeholders.
\n\tStrong understanding of cloud technologies and services, and the ability to translate customer needs into business value.
\n\tCollaborative mindset with the ability to work across multiple teams.
