Responsibilities:\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tProvide first and second-line IT support to all users (hardware, software, network, and mobile devices).
\n\tManage and resolve Helpdesk tickets within agreed timeframes.
\n\tMaintain and support servers, networks, Wi-Fi, and firewall infrastructure.
\n\tInstall and configure desktops, laptops, printers, and AV equipment.
\n\tOversee daily backups and conduct routine system maintenance.
\n\tLiaise with external service providers and manage vendor relationships.
\n\tCreate and maintain user-friendly IT guides and FAQs.
\n\tProcure IT equipment and manage stock levels.<\/p>\n
Requirements
\nWhat are we looking for:<\/p>\n
\tA+ and N+ (CompTIA), with MCSE highly advantageous.
\n\t3 \u2013 4 years in an IT Helpdesk \/ Technical Support role, with exposure to both hardware and software support environments.
\n\tActive Directory within a Hyper-V environment.
\n\tOS Server Support (Microsoft Platforms)
\n\tCapable of prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively to meet deadlines and achieve objectives.<\/p>\n
