KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:<\/p>\n
\tProcessing of interbank transfers and cashbook transactions
\n\tReconciling point-of-sale income to bank account receipts and CIT reports per branch
\n\tRegular follow up and reporting on any outstanding receipts per branch
\n\tProcessing of relevant journals and reconciling of bank and control accounts
\n\tResolving any store banking related queries
\n\tProcessing of debit orders bank charges and interbank transfers.
\n\tFiling and general administration<\/p>\n
REQUIREMENTS:<\/p>\n
\tMatric along with a tertiary financial qualification would be advantageous.
\n\tMinimum 1 years\u2019 experience in a similar role, desirably in a retail environment
\n\tExperience with Sage X3 ERP would be advantageous.
\n\tSound Excel skills
\n\tExcellent verbal and written communication skills
\n\tGood Communication and Interpersonal skills
\n\tMust be able to work in a high-pressurised environment
\n\tAccurate and attention to detail
\n\tDeadline driven, with good time management skills
\n\tStrong numerical and problem-solving skills
\n\tAble to work independently and in a team
\n\tStrong judgement and decision-making abilities
\n\tTrustworthy and reliable<\/p>\n
