About the Role:<\/p>\n
\tWe are looking for an experience controller focusing on industrial & third parties\u2019 operation (3PO), Supply Chain and Balance sheet controlling ensuring effective cost management, budget adherence, and financial analysis for our plant in Walkerville & Business Unit in Morningside,
\n\tThe successful candidate will be a business partner working to influence and collaborate in financial matters and will report to the local CFO and Area Industrial controller<\/p>\n
Main Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tBe the interface for the Operation Central Functions, Partner with the business and be the main Finance point of contact of the plant.
\n\tDriving the budgeting, forecasting, R&O and controlling process for industrial, supply chain and Discretionary Cash flow according to the guidelines
\n\tProvide full support to the supply chain strategy.
\n\tAnalysis 3PO investment and contracts
\n\tCost estimate of the new incoming projects of the 3PO unit
\n\tIndustrial cost calculation of the produced goods
\n\tMonthly closings reporting and variance analysis;
\n\tMonthly performances of the Plant
\n\tDrive all CAPEX investment, capex monitoring, carryovers and liquidations
\n\tMonitoring and measuring stock with supply chain and warehouse assessing the risk.
\n\tMonitoring and reporting DCF KPI\u2019s and periodic cash flow reports
\n\tFollow Group Supply Chain Controlling standard costs methodology definition & guidelines.
\n\tPerform monthly analysis on Supply Chain cost, both Industrial and Commercial, deviations vs Bdg and Forecast.
\n\tMonitor and analyse monthly actuals versus target KPIs (including for instance service level, freshness etc.)
\n\tImplement and monitor the group procedures and rule on controlling side
\n\tManagement and Issuance of Standard costings & TP release
\n\tEnsure the compliance of all controlling activities and procedures are in line with the group policies.<\/p>\n
Who we are looking for:<\/p>\n
\tAt least 4 years of experience in Similar role. FMCG companies preferred
\n\tExpertise in budgeting and strategic planning
\n\tKnowledge of production controlling (cost calculation, budgeting, planning and reporting)
\n\tResult oriented, leading innovation, proactive and problem solve
\n\tExperience of SAP and functionality knowledge
\n\tTeam player.
\n\tOrganizational integration.
\n\tExcellent Communication skills.
\n\tAdvance knowledge of Excel (VBA is considered a plus), Power Point, Essbase, HFM as well as knowledge of SAP and Business Intelligence Tools (Power BI and Power Que<\/p>\n
