You will drive our people strategy, work closely with leadership, and ensure that every individual at Farm Foods is empowered to reach their full potential.<\/p>\n<p>Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n<p>\tTalent Acquisition &amp; Development: In collaboration with the Talent Acquisition Team, lead the recruitment process aligned with seasonal demands\u00a0<br \/>\n\tEmployee Engagement &amp; Culture: Build a vibrant company culture that inspires collaboration, creativity, and excellence.\u00a0<br \/>\n\tPerformance Management: Establish performance metrics, coach leaders on effective feedback practices, and drive a culture of accountability while supporting employees in their development journeys.<br \/>\n\tStrategic Workforce Planning: Collaborate with senior leadership to anticipate and address future workforce needs, making sure we have the right people, in the right roles, at the right time.<br \/>\n\tCompliance &amp; Risk Management: Ensure compliance with local and national labor laws, and create policies that promote a safe, fair, and inclusive working environment. Develop and implement HR strategies that support productivity and compliance with labour laws (including BCEA, OHSA, and LRA)<br \/>\n\tHR Analytics &amp; Reporting: Use data and insights to continuously improve our human capital strategy and make informed, evidence-based decisions.<br \/>\n\tLead all Human Capital (HC) operations across multiple agricultural sites<br \/>\n\tPartner with leadership to shape organizational development and succession planning<\/p>\n<p>What We\u2019re Looking For:<\/p>\n<p>To succeed in this role, you\u2019ll need more than just HR expertise\u2014you\u2019ll need a strategic mindset, a passion for leadership, and a drive to make a difference.
