\tLead sourcing, structuring, and implementation of complex investment deals.
\n\tDevelop new investment opportunities through deep market insight and stakeholder engagement.
\n\tDrive strategic business development in alignment with national BEE objectives.
\n\tConduct and oversee due diligence, deal negotiation, and structuring.
\n\tMentor and support junior associates and analysts, enhancing team capability.
\n\tRepresent the NEF at investment forums, conferences, and on selected boards of investee companies.
\n\tMonitor portfolio performance and manage investment risks to ensure long-term sustainability.<\/p>\n
Minimum requirements<\/p>\n
\tA minimum of\u00a05 years\u2019 experience\u00a0in private equity, project finance or structured finance.
\n\tProven expertise in\u00a0deal origination, structuring and execution.
\n\tStrong\u00a0project management\u00a0skills and leadership acumen.
\n\tA\u00a0BCom degree\u00a0in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Postgraduate qualification advantageous).
\n\tExperience navigating complex stakeholder environments and regulatory frameworks.
\n\tPassion for economic transformation and supporting South African entrepreneurs.<\/p>\n
