\tThe Receptionist plays a crucial frontline role, fielding telephone calls, receiving visitors, and creating a welcoming and organized environment for all guests and clients.
\n\tThis role is responsible for ensuring smooth front desk operations, managing inquiries professionally, and providing administrative support to the office.
\n\tAs the first point of contact, the Receptionist contributes to the company\u2019s purpose of delivering long-term service and investment excellence to clients by maintaining a professional and efficient reception environment.<\/p>\n
Duties and Responsibilities\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n
\tGreet and assist visitors and clients.
\n\tOperate the switchboard and redirect calls.
\n\tLiaise with security, manage parking, and escort visitors.
\n\tMaintain a clean and welcoming reception area.
\n\tManage meeting room bookings and operations.
\n\tHandle mail, couriers, and deliveries.
\n\tOversee stationery and first aid supplies.
\n\tPerform general administrative tasks.
\n\tProvide excellent service and resolve inquiries timely.<\/p>\n
Ideal Experience\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n
\t4+ years\u2019 experience in a client service oriented role
\n\tPABX would be an advantage
\n\tHospitality or corporate working experience will be an advantage<\/p>\n
