Do you have an affinity for troubleshooting computer and peripheral device problems? Do you have basic networking skills?\u00a0<br \/>\n\tThen our position within our Service desk is a great first step into the IT field for you.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Responsibilities<\/p>\n<p>\tProviding telephonic and email 1st line support and troubleshooting to all computer users at all Stores, within the Mr Price Group\u00a0<br \/>\n\tLiaise with external service providers to escalate problems where required\u00a0<br \/>\n\tSupport our suppliers who use our software.\u00a0<br \/>\n\tYou will be required to work a maximum of 40 hours, over a maximum of 5 days per week including Saturdays and Sundays.\u00a0<br \/>\n\tYou would be required to work an 8-hour shift in line with the Service Desk operating hours.\u00a0<br \/>\n\tYour own reliable transport is preferred.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Qualifications<\/p>\n<p>\tGrade 12\u00a0<br \/>\n\tIT diploma\/ Certificate\u00a0<br \/>\n\tAt least 1 year in an IT or Helpdesk environment\u00a0<br \/>\n\tThe technical skills required are just a good general knowledge of computer hardware and software.
