\tYou\u2019ll be the architect of growth, working alongside the Learning Manager to craft and deliver learning solutions that actually make a difference. From spotting training needs to diving into analytics, developing engaging training material, and running impactful programs, you\u2019ll help turn potential into performance.

In addition to the above, you will:\u00a0<\/p>\n
Planning & Coordination:\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tSourcing details or service providers for learning and development interventions as defined by the learning objectives, alongside the Learning coordinator\u00a0
\n\tBrief service providers on the specific requirements of the programmes\u00a0
\n\tCommunicate with stakeholders on course details\u00a0
\n\tManage delegates responses for the relevant courses\u00a0
\n\tAssist in facilitating, collecting, capturing and sorting of any information arising from the training needs analysis\u00a0
\n\tEnsuring the project management boards where projects are managed are up to date\u00a0
\n\tCo-ordinate in-house and external training\u00a0
\n\tPreparing the training facilities (if internal or at an offsite venue)\u00a0
\n\tOrganise travel, catering and accommodation requirements for service providers and or delegates\u00a0
\n\tOwnership of the training calendar\/ plan for the year and assist in initiating these planned sessions\u00a0
\n\tManage and facilitate the monthly induction programme for the business, including preparation of the induction presentation manual; \u00a0
\n\tCo-ordinate diaries for the Learning Manager and induction presenters\u00a0<\/p>\n
Learning & Development: \u00a0<\/p>\n
\tDevelop a competency frame, training needs analysis and a training matrix\u00a0
\n\tWork with finance to reconcile accounts relating to external service providers\u00a0
\n\tProduce compelling learning material using in house capacity or external service providers where necessary\u00a0
\n\tCollaborate with subject matter experts across the business to create learning material\u00a0
\n\tProactively prepares creative and high impact communications to entice learners to engagement\u00a0
\n\tEnsure adherence to relevant legislation\u00a0
\n\tSupport initiatives to drive a learning culture\u00a0
\n\tLiaise with the relevant SETAs for any skills programmes\u00a0
\n\tSupport the business units with graduate programme initiatives and Learnership programmes\u00a0
\n\tMaintain the learning policy on an ongoing basis\u00a0
\n\tDevelops assessment instruments to evaluate program effectiveness leveraging various assessment models\u00a0
\n\tDevelops surveys to understand the business and learner needs\u00a0<\/p>\n
Reporting: \u00a0<\/p>\n
\tMonthly reporting on all Learning and development areas to Stakeholders\u00a0
\n\tReporting on monthly learning expenditure and ensuring the budget is constantly up to date\u00a0
\n\tHighlighting and analysing trends and patterns within the L&D space\u00a0
\n\tEnsure accurate record keeping monthly for reporting purposes\u00a0
\n\tAnalyse learning and development evaluations and general feedback to drive continuous improvements to programmes and changes to service providers\u00a0
\n\tUpdating all trackers for L&D\u00a0
\n\tManage iKhokha\u2019s online learning platform, LinkedIn Learning, as a super user. This includes ensuring that licenses are up to date. Responsible for monitoring the effectiveness of LinkedIn Learning and making recommendations\u00a0
\n\tAssists with the Annual Training Report and Workforce Skills Planning report, and collation of supporting documentation\u00a0
\n\tMaintain and drive usage of the company\u2019s learning management system monthly\u00a0<\/p>\n
HR Admin: \u00a0<\/p>\n
\tAssisting with ad hoc HR initiatives\u00a0
\n\tAssist employees with any L&D related queries\u00a0
\n\tMaintain regular contact with learners to ensure that any roadblocks are addressed proactively and learners are supported\u00a0<\/p>\n
Research: \u00a0<\/p>\n
\tProactively researches relevant topics, advancements in the field of fintech and learning & development\u00a0
\n\tEngage in continuous learning and professional development, keeping current with business trends and compliance requirements of the job\u00a0
\n\tRemain up to date with relevant trends in the learning domain and tech domain.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Qualifications<\/p>\n
\tDegree in HR or any relevant tertiary qualification\u00a0<\/p>\n
Deal breakers:<\/p>\n
\t3-5 years experience in a high-performing, fast-paced Learning & Development environment. \u00a0<\/p>\n
Additional Skills & Knowledge:\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tFunctional experience in talent development, training, facilitation and managing SETA funded programmes;\u00a0
\n\tInstructional Design experience and developing creative learning material; \u00a0
\n\tExperience with Learner Management Systems and e-learning portals (including LinkedIn Learning);\u00a0
\n\tHigh sense of responsibility and pride in their work; \u00a0
\n\tSelf-driven, go-getter who can prioritise work effectively;\u00a0
\n\tAccuracy in execution, attention to detail and reliability in meeting set deadlines and work with sense of urgency\u00a0
\n\tStrong analytical skills and database acumen;\u00a0
\n\tHigh learning agility and growth mindset; \u00a0
\n\tEffective communicator with strong verbal and written communication skills; \u00a0
\n\tAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects on go; \u00a0
