Bookkeeper<\/p>\n
\tOne of our clients a dynamic and rapidly growing technology company located in Sandton, Gauteng, is seeking a Bookkeeper with at least 5 years of hands-on bookkeeping experience to bolster their finance team.

Minimum Requirements:<\/p>\n
\tDegree or Diploma in Accounting or Bookkeeping.
\n\tMinimum of 5 years of experience using Microsoft Excel.
\n\tProven experience in a similar bookkeeping role.
\n\tAdvantageous: valid Driver’s License and access to a vehicle.<\/p>\n
Roles and Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Financial Record Management:<\/p>\n
\tRecord day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process.
\n\tMaintain accurate records of all financial transactions in compliance with company policies and accounting standards.<\/p>\n
Account Reconciliation:<\/p>\n
\tReconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies promptly.
\n\tEnsure all accounts are up-to-date and accurately reflect the company’s financial position.<\/p>\n
Financial Reporting:<\/p>\n
\tAssist in the preparation of financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.<\/p>\n
Compliance and Procedural Support:<\/p>\n
\tEnsure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards.
\n\tAssist in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.<\/p>\n
Collaboration:<\/p>\n
\tWork closely with other departments to provide financial insights and support.
\n\tLiaise with external auditors and accountants as needed.<\/p>\n
