Requirement:<\/p>\n
\tMinimum Grade 12 or NQF 4
\n\tAbility to communicate in English
\n\tCommunication skills
\n\tPrevious experience (minimum 1 year) an advantage (full training will be provided)
\n\tValid ID or passport with applicable work permit
\n\tCommunicate with Internal Customers<\/p>\n

Third party payments<\/p>\n
\tMeet deadlines for payments
\n\tCompile reports and do EFT Payments
\n\tGL recons to have no outstanding issues longer than 60 days.<\/p>\n
Queries<\/p>\n
\tGive feedback within Standard query deadline and escalate if necessary
\n\tKeep record on queries and give feedback to Management<\/p>\n
Payment of Payroll Salaries<\/p>\n
\tMeet deadlines & Cut-off dates (Payroll\/Casuals\/ Driver’s and ad hoc projects)
\n\tAccuracy of data input & variable links (Personal \/ Bank)
\n\tKnow and Comply with Statutory Requirements
\n\tVerify integrity of data received
\n\tVerify compliance to Salary Bands
\n\tManage ad hoc payments.<\/p>\n
Administration & Record Keeping<\/p>\n
\tNew Employee file checklist must be completed within set deadlines.
\n\tMeet external and internal audit standards and requirements
\n\tUpdate and maintain Leave Management records (Sick, WCA, Disability, Annual, Excessive Leave, Forfeit Leave)
\n\tFiling to be up to date on and around your desk & the strong room area.
\n\tBenefits reporting & Administration. (Death\/Disability, Terminations & Funeral Claims)<\/p>\n
Reporting<\/p>\n
\tMonthly reporting to Line Managers\/Divisional Managers & Store Managers
\n\tThird party & Garnishee Payments
\n\tPro-active reporting of Overtime, Leave, Disability & Sick Leave<\/p>\n
