Purpose of the role\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tReporting to the Department Manager\/ Admin Supervisor you will be in charge of controlling, animating and improving existent Receiving\/Picking\/Inventory\/Dispatch processes with the LLS Warehouse supply chain teams.
\n\tStock accuracy, stock \u00a0in \u00a0respect of the Receiving\/Picking\/Dispatch \u00a0processes will become your new obsession.
\n\tYour role is to support the operations by implementing and developing through the whole LLS strong processes and a culture of performance.
\n\tExcellent relationships with other departments managers and HODs will be the key to succeed in this position.<\/p>\n
Main responsibilities\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tAnimate, monitor and improve daily stock management processes (permanent inventory, out of stock)
\n\tAssist every department to improve their stock availability
\n\tDefining relevant settings to guarantee constant stock for the impulsive commerce
\n\tBe a player in the development of collective performance.
\n\tShare information and facilitate communication within the team.
\n\tIntroduce efficiency, improvement measures
\n\tDevelop and update your own skills and knowledge.
\n\tAssume leadership role on behalf of the HOD when the HOD is not available.
\n\tParticipate in teamwork to ensure quality service and productivity of the \u00a0LLS.
\n\tEnsuring optimal staff is available for delivering excellent customer service to all customers.
\n\tTraining and developing of staff members.<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
\tThe successful candidate should have the following skills, experience and attributes:

\n\t3 -5 years experience in field of warehousing operations
\n\tStrong Time Management skills
