Overview of the Role<\/p>\n
\t\u00a0We are looking for a passionate and skilled technical support consultant to lead the development and certification journey of our technical teams.
\n\tThis role goes beyond classroom instruction\u2014it is about enabling excellence.
\n\tYou will mentor, coach, and guide support staff through every stage of their learning pathway, from onboarding to Apple certification.
\n\t\u00a0You\u2019ll be the central figure in ensuring that each technician is not only trained but transformed\u2014with the knowledge, confidence, and skills required to become an Apple-certified professional and a leader in customer support.<\/p>\n
Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Learning Delivery & Facilitation<\/p>\n
\tFacilitate engaging and interactive training sessions aligned with Apple curriculum and internal standards.
\n\tDeliver technical training programs across key areas such as iOS\/iPadOS, macOS, diagnostics, device setup, MDM, and troubleshooting workflows.
\n\tAdjust training techniques to match diverse learner styles and paces.<\/p>\n
Mentorship & Learner Development<\/p>\n
\tServe as a mentor and guide, actively supporting learners through their certification journey.
\n\tConduct regular meetings with store managers, regional technical managers and other team facilitators to assess progress, build confidence, and remove obstacles.
\n\tInspire a culture of curiosity, mastery, and peer learning among technical teams.<\/p>\n
Certification Journey Ownership<\/p>\n
\tManage the end-to-end certification process for each learner, from registration to exam readiness.
\n\tMonitor learner progress, track milestones, and implement tailored interventions where needed.
\n\tPrepare learners for official Apple exams through mock assessments, knowledge checks, and exam-readiness reviews.<\/p>\n
Program Management<\/p>\n
\tMaintain up-to-date training records, learner portfolios, and performance metrics.
\n\tContinuously refine and evolve the technical training program based on feedback, performance data, and updates from Apple.
\n\tCollaborate with store managers and technical leads to align training schedules and staffing needs.<\/p>\n
Quality & Impact<\/p>\n
\tEnsure training delivery meets the highest standard of accuracy, clarity, and Apple-approved methodology.
\n\tTrack learner performance improvements post-training and measure the impact on customer experience.
\n\tActively contribute to the evolution of training materials and learner experience design.<\/p>\n
Key Requirements<\/p>\n
\u00a0Qualifications<\/p>\n
\tRelevant technical qualification or Apple Certified Support Professional certification (preferred).<\/p>\n
Technical Skills<\/p>\n
\tDeep understanding of Apple operating systems, device setup, diagnostics, and user support.
\n\tFamiliarity with Apple\u2019s certification structure and training portals.
\n\tStrong grasp of troubleshooting workflows for iOS, iPadOS, and macOS.<\/p>\n
Soft Skills<\/p>\n
\tEmpathetic mentor with a genuine passion for developing others.
\n\tStrong communicator, able to make complex topics clear and engaging.
\n\tHighly organized, self-directed, and proactive in managing learner journeys.
