Your Role and Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tIn this role, you will have the opportunity to Manages the marketing of ABB’s offering(s) to targeted market segments and manages the offering(s) throughout its\/their lifecycle, in line with market needs and division\/product group\/business line strategy and targets.
\n\tAccountable for the long-term profitable growth of an offering.
\n\tSupports business results by overseeing each step involved in the offering lifecycle including development, launch, go-to-market, maintenance, pricing, and profitability.

You will be mainly accountable for:<\/p>\n
\tLead market intelligence, define product roadmaps, manage lifecycle from development to end-of-life, and ensure alignment with market needs and profitability goals.
\n\tDefine customer value propositions, coordinate pricing strategies, and ensure competitive positioning across segments and markets.
\n\tCollaborate with R&D, sales, supply chain, and operations to align product specifications, targets, and deliverables that maximize market value.
\n\tTrack product performance, manage global pricing consistency, oversee inventory and tender volumes, and support product launch and training initiatives.<\/p>\n

Qualifications for the Role<\/p>\n
\tMinimum 3 to 5 years\u2019 experience in Product management with knowledge of MV drives and systems.
\n\tExperience of business development. (preferred)
\n\tMarket and products specific knowledge of large motors and MV drives products will be beneficial.
\n\tA National Diploma \/ University degree (engineering background preferable)
\n\tEnglish proficiency both in written and oral.
\n\tExcellent presentation skills.
\n\tProficient in computer skills
\n\tExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to develop and manage effective working relationships at all levels.<\/p>\n
