Key Responsibilities.<\/p>\n
\tStrategic Growth & Execution
\n\tDevelop and execute a territory-level Strategic Growth Plan.
\n\tLeverage MyDASH CRM to maintain accurate, up-to-date client data.
\n\tDrive account growth by closing menu gaps, promoting DHS, and renewing service contracts.
\n\tConduct quarterly Client Business Reviews to align on goals and performance.<\/p>\n
Client Engagement & Support<\/p>\n
\tAct as the primary Abbott contact for all client needs, including product inquiries and support.
\n\tCollaborate with clients weekly to enhance business processes using global CRDx frameworks.
\n\tSupport early renewal efforts to block competition and secure long-term partnerships.<\/p>\n
Operational Excellence<\/p>\n
\tMaximize instrument utilization and identify inefficiencies.
\n\tAnalyze test menus and ordering patterns to recommend tailored solutions.
\n\tConfidently operate and support Alinity instruments, including assay installation, calibration, and troubleshooting.<\/p>\n
Value Delivery & Loyalty<\/p>\n
\tConsult with clients to improve KPIs and operational performance.
\n\tMaintain high NPS scores and address feedback proactively.
\n\tBuild strong relationships with key stakeholders: Lab Directors, Supervisors, Procurement, IT, and Medical Directors.
\n\tLead educational workshops, client presentations, and integration activities.<\/p>\n
Qualification<\/p>\n
\tNational Diploma or BSc Degree in Medical Technology or Health Science Related.<\/p>\n
Knowledge\/Experience:<\/p>\n
\t3-5 years track record in the diagnostic industry either in a commercial Sales role ( preferrable) OR within a diagnostics Lab environment managing and improving customer relationships.
\n\tExcellent product and industry knowledge.
\n\tMust be passionate and a self- motivated
\n\tStrong understanding of key stakeholders and customer dynamics
\n\tMust be able to work within a TEAM concept
\n\tStrong solution selling and relationship building skills
\n\tExcellent sales analytical skills
\n\tExcellent communication skills
\n\tAbility to identify and drive resolution of issues
\n\tLong-term, strategic focus on account
\n\tThe position requires the willingness to travel on frequent basis, i.e. on average three \u2013 four days per week.
\n\tMust have own vehicle and valid driver\u2019s licenses<\/p>\n
