CHANEL RETAIL SPECIALIST KEY RESPONSIBILITIES<\/p>\n
ACHIEVE COUNTER SALES TARGETS<\/p>\n
\tDrive achievement of sales targets\u00a0
\n\tEvent planning identified, arranged and co-ordinated within store to drive sales targets (at least 1 event per month)
\n\tMonitor monthly performance axes split\/slow lines and determine suitable actions to address problems
\n\tAchieve a minimum IPT of 2.5<\/p>\n
BRAND MANAGEMENT<\/p>\n
\tIncrease brand awareness and image by adhering to grooming and uniform guidelines
\n\tAlways maintain counter hygiene according to brand standards
\n\tMerchandising of stock according to merchandising guidelines<\/p>\n
STOCK MANAGEMENT & MERCHANDISING<\/p>\n
\tIdentify and plan stock and tester need for the month and ensure orders are placed timeously and follow up the receipt thereof
\n\tIdentify and plan supplies and counter tools for counter for the month and ensure orders are placed timeously
\n\tSubmit stock management sheets to RDM monthly\/weekly
\n\tIdentify maintenance issues and snags and ensure these are resolved<\/p>\n
RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT<\/p>\n
\tEnsure client experience and customer journey is upheld and reinforced
\n\tBuild in-store relationships with all levels of team and store management
\n\tCRM Management \u2013 oversee and ensure the maintenance of the CRM cards to retain customers and ensure regular contact with VIP clients
\n\tDrive increased customer data base (attraction of NEW customers)
\n\tManage in store customer complaints or concerns and provide feedback to RDM\u2019s regarding any customer issues or feedback within 24 hours<\/p>\n
ADMINISTRATION<\/p>\n
\tSubmit claim forms for overtime, night work (holidays etc.)
\n\tCounter checklist submitted weekly to RDM
\n\tSubmit counter event report including photographs to RDM
\n\tSubmit competitor and trade insights including photographs within the mall and store environment<\/p>\n
TEAM TRAINING AND COACHING<\/p>\n
\tInduct new ARC staff members on Chanel
\n\tIdentify training needs for team members within ARC on Chanel
\n\tCoach, train and oversee the development of ARC team members on Chanel
\n\tSubmit role play and coaching tracking forms monthly to RDM
\n\tParticipate in weekly team meetings for on-going communication<\/p>\n
REQUIREMENTS\/QUALIFICATIONS<\/p>\n
\tMatric certificate
\n\tAt least 3 years retail and cosmetics experience
\n\tCertificate in Beauty\/Make-Up is advantageous<\/p>\n
