Application Development Management<\/p>\n
\tAcceptance of requirements from analysts.
\n\tDesign the system in accordance with architectural standards.
\n\tDevelop\/ enhance\/ maintain programs according to the RAF standards and requirements daily.
\n\tKeep records of all programs in application register and configuration management.
\n\tDraw logical flow charts for every program.
\n\tDocumentation of programs and assisting in training manuals.
\n\tFacilitate software testing and quality assurance activities.
\n\tFix the identified bugs\/ defects as reported by the testing process.
\n\tEnsure alignment with DevOps, CI\/CD Documentation and processes.
\n\tDesign database structures in line with relational databases principles.<\/p>\n
Integration<\/p>\n
\tDevelop the interfaces (coding) as described in the development activities category.
\n\tBuild and maintain automated workflows using suitable solutions.
\n\tContribute to the development and deployment of native or cross-platform mobile applications.<\/p>\n
\u00a0Policy Review and Implementation<\/p>\n
\tContribute to the development and implementation of departmental policy, procedures and processes.
\n\tKeep up to date with effective policy and practice execution strategies.<\/p>\n
Reporting<\/p>\n
\tTrack and prepare the project status report on the progress of the implementation of reporting requirements.<\/p>\n
\u00a0Stakeholder Management<\/p>\n
\tFacilitate and manage communication with relevant internal and external stakeholders and proactively and progressively manage the relationships.
\n\tCommunicate with all levels of stakeholder contact.<\/p>\n
Qualifications and Experience<\/p>\n
\tBachelor\u2019s Degree\/ Advanced Diploma in IT related qualification.
\n\tMicrosoft Certified Application Developer is an added advantage.
\n\tCertificate in ITIL is an added advantage.
\n\tCloud Certification is an added advantage.
\n\tJava Certification is an added advantage.
\n\tCertification in Power Platform development is an added advantage.
\n\tRelevant 5 – 7 years\u2019 experience in the entire Software Development environment.
\n\tExperience in the development and implementation of Power Platform solutions.
\n\tExperience with API integration (RESTful APIs).
\n\tExperience in writing Application Integration Programs.
\n\tExperience in Unified Modelling Language (UML).<\/p>\n
