Key Purpose<\/p>\n
\tUnderstanding the technical requirements, and through a structured process documenting, validating and translating it into functional specifications that are used by developers to craft a technical solution. Testing and validating the functionality of the technical solution against the technical requirements. Interfacing between the Systems Architect, client (where relevant) and the development team with regards to the technical, business and functional requirements. Ensuring that the technical and\/or the business requirements are delivered in the implemented solution. Working with multiple systems and business areas and multiple teams that require deep integration of solutions. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and acting as consultant on the application.<\/p>\n

Business Case<\/p>\n
\tAssist the Systems Architect and\/or business to articulate the benefits they wish to realize with the solution. Facilitating the development of a Technical Design or Business Case.<\/p>\n
Agile Methodology<\/p>\n
\tDesign and validate the functional solution using Agile Methodology.
\n\tThis involves interpreting the product \/ technical requirements into Agile Epics and Stories
\n\tPlan Agile Sprints and Stories for the Sprint
\n\tApply knowledge of the system, interfaces and dependencies to highlight integration aspects that must be considered.
\n\tIdentify a set of stakeholders that need to be involved in creating and validating the Agile Story Board by interview business and technical owners, as well as experienced members of the development team (Development Manager, Architect, Snr BA).
\n\tDesign a set of test cases\/scripts, test scenario’s and test data sets to accompany the Agile Story Board
\n\tValidate the Agile Epics and Test Basket with the identified stakeholders and obtain sign-off.<\/p>\n
Release Notes & Training Material<\/p>\n
\tUpdate and publish release notes related to the current system changes implemented, and notify impacted parties. Maintain and update the Agile Story Board (Epics and Stories) with any added content.<\/p>\n
