Position Outputs<\/p>\n
\tPlanning and prioritizing of components for disassembly and assembly
\n\tAssist with achievement of BRC key KPI\u2019s (WIP, planning adherence, on time delivery)
\n\tResolve internal and external BWE customer queries
\n\tIssuing of a job schedule to disassembly, assembly and testing bay in the BRC
\n\tEnsure that turnaround times (TAT) on components are achieved
\n\tDetermination and scheduling of Key dates in completion (expected and promised delivery dates)
\n\tTo achieve turnaround KPI\u2019s for Quotations and Rebuilds (schedule adherence)
\n\tEnsure alignment and clear communication with all internal BRC departments, Coordinate parts and production departments (Machining both internal and external) on outstanding parts and schedule of part deliveries
\n\tPlan and prioritize component repairs for customers and Barloworld Reman to ensure correct stock levels, rebuild priority
\n\tFace to BRC customer for communication on progress of component repair, problems and deliveries chair planning meeting between relevant departments (Service supervisors, parts supervisor, Costing and quoting supervisors)
\n\tCommunicate with Suppliers on quotations, turnaround times and deliveries.
\n\tArrange Customer inspections<\/p>\n
Qualification, Experience and Competencies<\/p>\n
\tMinimum 5 years post-apprentice \/ learnership experience
\n\tStanding in as supervisor or as production planner on a number of occasions
\n\tExperience with MS Excel and MS Access.<\/p>\n
