Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Financial Administration<\/p>\n
\tManage EFT payments and reconciliations for all suppliers and service providers.
\n\tEnsure accurate, timely payroll submissions for all employees, including statutory deductions.
\n\tSubmit all monthly declarations and financial reports to Head Office and the Landlord.<\/p>\n
Human Resources & Staff Management<\/p>\n
\tAdminister employment contracts and ensure they are up-to-date and legally compliant.
\n\tManage the application, renewal, and compliance of employee work permits.
\n\tOversee leave administration and ensure compliance with company policies.
\n\tSupport recruitment, onboarding, and performance management processes.<\/p>\n
Inventory & Procurement Management<\/p>\n
\tManage purchasing and GVR (Goods Verification Receipts) processes for all inventory.
\n\tMonitor stock levels and implement inventory control systems to prevent over\/understocking.
\n\tLiaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of quality goods at competitive pricing.<\/p>\n
Marketing & Brand Visibility<\/p>\n
\tOversee marketing campaigns across social media platforms, street pole advertising, and billboards.
\n\tCollaborate with graphic designers, agencies, or in-house teams to develop promotional materials.
\n\tMonitor engagement metrics and adjust campaigns to maximize visibility and ROI.<\/p>\n
Compliance & Regulatory Affairs<\/p>\n
\tEnsure full compliance with labour legislation and industry regulations.
\n\tCoordinate Health and Safety policies, procedures, and regular training for staff.
\n\tPrepare for and manage inspections from the Department of Labour and Department of Health.
\n\tMaintain records of compliance documentation and incident reports.<\/p>\n
Minimum Qualification:<\/p>\n
\tDiploma or Degree in\u00a0Business Administration,\u00a0Finance,\u00a0Human Resources,\u00a0Operations Management, or a related field.<\/p>\n
Preferred Experience:<\/p>\n
\tAt least\u00a03\u20135 years\u00a0in a similar operations or administrative role.
\n\tExperience with payroll systems and accounting software.
\n\tKnowledge of South African labour laws, immigration regulations, and OHSA.
\n\tExperience in inventory procurement and vendor management.
\n\tProven track record in social media management and local area marketing is advantageous.<\/p>\n
