Business Analysis Planning and Monitoring<\/p>\n
\tIdentify the Key stakeholders.
\n\tDetermine the activities required to successfully complete the business analysis.
\n\tTrack and communicate the progress of work items throughout the SDLC (monitor the task or tickets end-to-end throughout the lifecycle).
\n\tAccurately estimate the required business analysis of work items.<\/p>\n
Requirements Elicitation, Management & Communication\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tEnsure all the resources needed for analysis are organized and scheduled.
\n\tMeet with stakeholders to gather requirements.
\n\tDocument the business and functional and information requirements.
\n\tValidate that the stated requirements match the stakeholders\u2019 expectations.<\/p>\n
Requirements Analysis<\/p>\n
\tEnsure that requirements are prioritized.
\n\tUse a combination of text, matrices, diagrams and formal models to conceptualise the requirements.
\n\tDefine Assumptions, Constraints and Risks.
\n\tEnsure that requirements specifications meet the necessary standard of quality.
\n\tValidate that all requirements support the Product business architecture.
\n\tIdentify and define Value to be achieved, Assumptions, Constraints, Risks, Training and Reporting Requirements<\/p>\n
Solution Assessment and Validation<\/p>\n
\tEnsure that the proposed solution meet the stakeholders\u2019 requirements.
\n\tAssist the testing team to ensure the solution is validated against the business requirements. Review UAT test results (re-test where necessary) for deployment and perform Post Deployment checks
\n\tAssess whether the organisation is ready to make effective use of the solution.
\n\tHelps manage prioritisation process with business owners.<\/p>\n
Product enablement & competency<\/p>\n
\tProvide business support for internal and external stakeholders within the PPL SLA and support with testing when necessary.
\n\tIdentify recurring themes and trends from business support which require solutions or updates to the current way of work
\n\tMentor peers and less experienced Business Analysts by providing guidance on products, analysis techniques and competencies.<\/p>\n
Qualifications:<\/p>\n
\t3-year tertiary qualification in relevant technical\/analytical related field of study
\n\tDiploma in Business Analysis from FTI or equivalent<\/p>\n
Experience<\/p>\n
\t3-4 Years experience in an intermediate role within a formal business analysis environment
\n\tExperience within the Financial Services industry would be advantageous
\n\tExperience with Contact Centre work will be advantageous
\n\tExperience with Telephony, Automated Diallers,WhatsApp integration, and other communication technologies will be advantageous<\/p>\n
