The successful incumbent will be responsible for Pharmacy Wholesalers and Corporate Pharmacy Key Accounts. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for driving the achievement of the sales budget for the Consumer division, managing net revenue, operating income and trade expenditure. You will be required to collaborate and work cross-functionally and inter-departmental with Marketing, Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Legal, Compliance and 3rd Party Logistics. Ensure the adherence to Aspen policies, systems and procedures.<\/p>\n<p>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES<\/p>\n<p>\tEnsure all financial and non-financial objectives are achieved for Key Accounts as set by the Consumer Head in collaboration with the KAM Lead.\u00a0<br \/>\n\tPlan, implement, execute and monitors sales activities to drive performance on a national and regional territories.<br \/>\n\tBe accountable and drive goals and objectives that are channel specific that include and not limited to Corporate Pharmacy, Retail and Pharma Wholesaler.<br \/>\n\tWork closely with Finance and Debtors\u2019 Team managing Operating Expenses and Debtors\u2019 Management.<br \/>\n\tLiaise with finance and legal department in coordinating and negotiation of trading agreements and expenditure tracking and management.<br \/>\n\tIdentify and develop new business opportunities in both sales channel and product portfolio.<br \/>\n\tEnsuring all strategic negotiations become operationally visible through daily interaction and communication with sales, marketing teams and management.<br \/>\n\tPrepare and manage budgets according to operational requirements and robust expenditure management.<br \/>\n\tMonthly achievement &amp; reporting on budgets<br \/>\n\tMethods for improving customer services are proposed, developed and continuously updated.<br \/>\n\tEnsure Aspen remains the partner of choice in key product categories.<br \/>\n\tImplement improvement in services and products via execution of channel-specific tactics.<br \/>\n\tEnsuring adherence to legislations, the Self-Care Association marketing Code and Aspen\u2019s values, policies and procedures<\/p>\n<p>Requirements<br \/>\nEDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS<\/p>\n<p>\tMatric Certificate<br \/>\n\tA degree\/diploma\/courses in a relevant commercial\/ healthcare environment (Advantageous)<\/p>\n<p>KNOWLEDGE &amp; EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS<\/p>\n<p>\tMin 3-5 years Sales \/ Marketing \/ Key Accounts management experience within the pharma industry<br \/>\n\tExperience in setting and strategizing account budgets and tactics, including forecasting.<br \/>\n\tExperience in customer negotiations, i.e., Trade \/ Contracts, etc.<br \/>\n\tStrategic Market understanding and knowledge are essential.<br \/>\n\tSubstantial expertise and proven Customer Relationship Management<br \/>\n\tIndustry and market knowledge of the FMCG landscape across various key account channels<br \/>\n\tKnowledge of future trend analysis and strategic marketing<br \/>\n\tPharmaceutical industry experience, including laws (e.g., pricing, marketing), is essential<br \/>\n\tAbility to gain product knowledge<br \/>\n\tKnowledge of commercial and customer processes is very important<br \/>\n\tCustomer data analytics and use of customer tools<br \/>\n\tExperience in P&amp;L, Budgeting and Account Finance<\/p>\n<p>SOFT SKILLS REQUIREMENTS<\/p>\n<p>\tOrganizational &amp;
