Content Creation & Brand Brilliance:<\/p>\n
\tDeveloping visually stunning and on-brand content, from captivating images and informative infographics to dynamic videos.<\/p>\n
This includes:<\/p>\n
\tEngaging presentations for corporate meetings, strategies, and leadership discussions.
\n\tCompelling web content for both our external platforms and internal intranet.
\n\tEye-catching social media posts and campaigns that spark conversations.
\n\tImpactful internal communication materials that connect and inform.
\n\tCollaborating closely with internal stakeholders to truly understand audience needs and tailor content for maximum impact.
\n\tEnsuring every piece of content resonates with our tone of voice, messaging, and visual guidelines.<\/p>\n
Content Publishing & Seamless Management:<\/p>\n
\tKeeping our web content fresh and relevant using our Content Management System (CMS).
\n\tMastering publishing workflows across all digital platforms, including:
\n\tOur social media platform (Facelift).
\n\tOur intranet (SharePoint) and internal newsletters (Apsis).
\n\tProject & Initiative Coordination: The Ultimate Orchestrator:
\n\tCoordinating the smooth execution of key communication initiatives, such as:
\n\tDynamic corporate digital meetings.
\n\tEngaging internal employee gatherings.
\n\tActing as the essential bridge between internal contributors, external vendors, and our communication team to ensure timely and brilliant delivery.<\/p>\n
What You’ll Bring: Your Toolkit for Success<\/p>\n
We’re looking for someone with a passion for communication and a robust skill set, including:<\/p>\n
\tA degree in Communication, Marketing, Media, or a related field.
\n\t3+ years of hands-on experience in content creation or digital communication.
\n\tStrong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects) to create both static and motion graphics.
\n\tExperience with web content management systems (bonus points for Adobe AEM!).
\n\tFamiliarity with SharePoint.
\n\tA solid understanding of branding principles and powerful storytelling techniques.
\n\tExperience with publishing on social media and internal platforms.
\n\tExceptional attention to detail, both in visual layout and written content.
\n\tFluent in English with high stylistic ability.
\n\tExperience from an international B2B or industrial company is a plus.
\n\tStrong organizational skills and the ability to skillfully manage multiple priorities.<\/p>\n
