To maintain high operational standards, growing the branch, meet deadline, achieve budget and endeavour to reduce crime levels.<\/p>\n<p>Minimum Requirements \u00b7<\/p>\n<p>\tPost matric qualification in General Management advantageous \u00b7 Sales, Marketing or Management diploma advantageous. \u00b7 3 years\u2019 minimum experience, at Mid-Management level. \u00b7 Financial knowledge of Budgets, forecasting and Profit and Loss \u00b7 Grade B Security Certificate \u2013 (existing or to be obtained on appointment) \u00b7 Experience in the Security Industry preferred<\/p>\n<p>Duties &amp; Responsibilities Leadership \u00b7<\/p>\n<p>\tTo consistently provide strong leadership of the branch and its employees. \u00b7 To communicate with passion the vision and strategy of the branch and its performance. \u00b7<br \/>\n\tTo make timely, considered decisions for the long-term success and development of the branch. Finance, Planning &amp; Controls \u00b7<br \/>\n\tSubmit budget plans and stretch targets for each facet of the branch, and ensure these are continually met.<br \/>\n\tSubmit annual business plans, operating and sales budget for the branch in accordance with regional requirements.\u00a0<br \/>\n\tManage and ensure accurate forecasting for branch in accordance with Finance.\u00a0<br \/>\n\tManage Branch P&amp;L to ensure profitability is sustained and growth is achieved\u00a0<br \/>\n\tManage effective collections for the branch Operations \u00b7<br \/>\n\tEnsure that effective planning\/ production controls are established in all areas and are a key management tool. \u00b7<br \/>\n\tMaintain business functions to increase productivity, quality and customer service whilst reducing costs by utilising modern process techniques.\u00a0<br \/>\n\tChampion the development of a customer focused quality improvement culture.\u00a0<br \/>\n\tEnsure that the appropriate customer service metrics are monitored regularly and that prompt actions are taken where necessary \u00b7<br \/>\n\tEnsure that service levels throughout the branch is sustained \u00b7<br \/>\n\tDrive a community driven pro-active service throughout the branch \u00b7<br \/>\n\tManage the branch fleet to ensure that no disruptions occur due to vehicles off the road \u00b7<br \/>\n\tManage operational Area Managers to ensure operational excellence throughout the branch \u00b7<br \/>\n\tEnsure client visits for contact crimes are attended to (It is expected that the manager does not delegate this duty) Health, Safety and Environment \u00b7<br \/>\n\tMaintain health &amp; safety policies and working procedures. \u00b7<br \/>\n\tEnsure compliance with Company policies, SA laws, codes of practices and corporate guidelines Marketing<br \/>\n\tDrive all marketing activations within the branch\u00a0<br \/>\n\tDrive customer perception within the branch and address issues highlighted in Customer Perception Survey\u2019s<br \/>\n\tDrive strong social media presence within the branch identifying influencers and forging good relationships with them \u00b7<br \/>\n\tDrive a culture of \u201ccontent-creation\u201d to remain relevant in the social media space \u00b7<br \/>\n\tEnsure that OTT strategies are implemented and relevant \u00b7<br \/>\n\tDrive effective\/pro-active communications Commercial \u00b7<br \/>\n\tBe proactive in regularly reviewing customer requirements and feedback. \u00b7<br \/>\n\tCommunicate with customers on a regular basis. \u00b7 Ensure close liaison with branch sales team. \u00b7<br \/>\n\tExploit new market and product opportunities via various external routes. \u00b7<br \/>\n\tCreate an environment where solutions to technical customer demand issues can be resolved creatively with commercial viable products.
