Job Summary<\/p>\n
\tTo achieve sales objectives within product range or assigned districts. Pursues sales leads, promotes products, concludes orders and arranges internal sales logistics. May provide guidance to new sales representatives.<\/p>\n
Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tSales Calls-Presentations: Visits existing and potential customers, presents product information, quotations and proposals to customers during various stages of the sales process.
\n\tProposal Development: Prepares formal written proposals for presentation to customers. Coordinates with Distribution organization and all internal departments to communicate customer\u2019s requirements during the development of inquiry responses and formal written proposals.
\n\tSales Goals: Develops business plans and achievable sales goals with management covering own and distributor personnel. Provides territorial feedback on marketing regarding current and potential customer needs, competitive offerings, pricing strategy and programs.
\n\tMargin Development: Consults with Manager on setting margins when margins are needed to promote a sale which deviates from guidelines. Investigates and keeps management informed of low or eroding margins when products are competitively priced.
\n\tWritten Communication: Ensures reports are maintained as necessary to track the status of inquiries, quotes & bids.<\/p>\n
Basic Qualifications<\/p>\n
\tGrade 12 (Essential)
\n\tNational Diploma\/ Bachelors (Desirable)
\n\tExcellent computer skills including Microsoft Office, Oracle, etc.<\/p>\n

\tFlexible working, hybrid, 50% travel<\/p>\n
