What You’ll Be Doing<\/p>\n
\tSupport & Maintain: Monitor and support existing data pipelines to ensure smooth daily operations.
\n\tOptimisation: Identify opportunities to improve performance and scalability of current processes and data flows.
\n\tGovernance: Ensure data is structured in line with compliance and metadata governance standards.
\n\tDevelopment Best Practices: Follow established development life cycle processes, from design and testing to deployment and documentation.
\n\tCode Management: Maintain, version, and update code repositories in line with collaborative team standards.<\/p>\n
Who We’re Looking For<\/p>\n
\tYou are an experienced data professional with a strong background in SQL and a deep understanding of data pipeline architectures. You work well independently and within a collaborative team environment. Youre proactive about identifying inefficiencies and enthusiastic about data reliability, quality, and performance.<\/p>\n
Minimum Requirements
\nExperience:<\/p>\n
\tAt least 3 years experience in a Data Engineering, BI, or Data Development role.<\/p>\n
Technical Skills:<\/p>\n
\tSQL (Advanced proficiency required)
\n\tAb Initio experience a plus (not mandatory)
\n\tSolid understanding of data modelling and relational databases
\n\tCompetence in quality assurance processes and standards
\n\tExposure to metadata governance and data compliance frameworks<\/p>\n
