KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS<\/p>\n
System Administration & Maintenance<\/p>\n
\tPerform routine system checks and maintenance tasks to ensure optimal system performance
\n\tManage IFS license allocation and monitoring
\n\tMaintain and update SharePoint sites
\n\tHandle user profile management within the ERP system<\/p>\n
User Support & Training<\/p>\n
\tProvide help-desk functionality and resolve user technical issues
\n\tManage ticketing system including logging, tracking, and resolving IFS-related issues
\n\tConduct training sessions for new users on various modules including PR creation and time registration
\n\tCreate and maintain comprehensive training documentation<\/p>\n
Process Management<\/p>\n
\tProcess and manage purchase requisitions within the ERP system
\n\tHandle team time booking administration
\n\tRaise purchase requisitions as required
\n\tSupport basic ERP operations and workflows<\/p>\n
Documentation & Compliance<\/p>\n
\tDevelop and maintain user manuals and process documentation
\n\tEnsure compliance with IT policies and procedures
\n\tSupport audit requirements and system documentation<\/p>\n
QUALIFICATION<\/p>\n
Essential<\/p>\n
\tBachelor’s degree in Information Systems OR Diploma in Information Systems
\n\tExcel qualification\/certification
\n\tBasic IT knowledge with ability to operate computer systems effectively<\/p>\n
Preferred<\/p>\n
\tMicrosoft 365 certifications
\n\tPrevious experience with ERP systems
\n\tExperience with SharePoint administration<\/p>\n
EXPERIENCE<\/p>\n
\tAt least 1 year experience in the IT environment.<\/p>\n
