\tEnaex Africa is a world-class blasting services company delivering premium solutions to the most important mining regions across africa.
\n\tThe purpose of this position is to oversee multiple operational sites across Mpumalanga, including Secunda, Isibonelo, Burgersfort and Winterveld.<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
\tTo contribute to the organisational strategy by understanding the key strategic drivers and direction and providing input into the strategy annually.
\n\tTo develop the departmental strategy by understanding the business strategy and developing the strategy, presenting and securing approval annually.
\n\tTo develop the departmental operations plan by understanding the strategy, developing the plan including all projects and key performance measures and submitting plans for approval annually and as required.
\n\tTo report on performance by tracking department performance against targets, identifying progress and areas of concern, drafting reports and submitting quarterly and as required.
\n\tTo manage operational performance by tracking performance against targets, identifying anomalies and implementing corrective action monthly and as required.
\n\tTo manage the overall compliance of Enaex Africa with local and corporate requirements and to promote ethical behavior and integrity by maintaining knowledge of requirements, implementing solutions and actions to align, monitoring and managing compliance and addressing areas of non-compliance monthly and as required.
\n\tTo manage the development and implementation of departmental business processes by overseeing process mapping, assessing efficiencies and appropriateness of processes, monitoring compliance, identifying anomalies and implementing corrective action as required.
\n\tTo develop departmental policies and procedures by understanding good practices, regulatory and compliance requirements and methods, developing policies and submitting for approval as required.
\n\tTo manage the effective implementation of the logistics strategy by controlling optimal placement, balancing stock for both local and export marketing, controlling adherence to plans and performance against value chain objectives and achieving cost reduction targets as required.
\n\tTo manage expenditure by tracking spend against budget, reviewing and approving costs, identifying areas of under- or over-spend and implementing corrective action monthly and as required.
\n\tTo manage departmental risk by developing the departmental risk management framework, overseeing the population and maintenance of the framework, reviewing risk management strategies, identifying areas for improvement and driving implementation quarterly and as required.
\n\tTo effectively manage SHE (Safety, Health, and Environment) by ensuring that comprehensive training is provided, the training program is completed, and any gaps or noncompliance identified during training are promptly addressed.
\n\tTo monitor and manage implementation of HR policies and procedures by monitoring compliance, identifying and addressing areas of non-compliance, and implementing corrective action as required.<\/p>\n
Minimum Requirements<\/p>\n
\tMatric\/Grade or equivalent.
\n\tBachelor\u2019s degree or equivalent in logistics or supply chain management.
\n\t8 to 10 years in operational logistics \/ supply chain in a mining environment.<\/p>\n
