relevant internal teams as needed.<\/p>\n<p>Proposal Development and Deal Closure<\/p>\n<p>\tLead the preparation of tailored proposals, including commercial models and service solutions aligned to client requirements.<br \/>\n\tFacilitate negotiations, addressing objections and aligning on win-win outcomes with clients.<br \/>\n\tEngage senior leadership as needed for key opportunities to accelerate closure and relationship development.<br \/>\n\tFinalize contracts and support the implementation team to ensure service delivery is aligned with commitments.<\/p>\n<p>Sales Reporting and Performance Tracking<\/p>\n<p>\tMaintain up-to-date records of all sales activities, prospects, and opportunity stages in CRM systems.<br \/>\n\tGenerate weekly and monthly sales performance reports, analyzing conversion metrics, pipeline health, and revenue forecasts.<br \/>\n\tUse data insights to adjust strategies and improve targeting, engagement, and deal conversion rates.<br \/>\n\tMonitor development strategies and B2B sales methodologies.<br \/>\n\tSkilled at identifying new market opportunities and positioning solutions effectively.<br \/>\n\tProficient in sales automation and CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot).<br \/>\n\tExcellent communication and presentation skills.<br \/>\n\tStrong negotiation and closing capabilities.<br \/>\n\tEntrepreneurial mindset with the ability to take initiative and work independently.<br \/>\n\tHigh level of integrity and ability to build trust-based relationships.<br \/>\n\tAnalytical thinker with strong commercial acumen.<br \/>\n\tPersistent and resilient in achieving targets and dealing with rejection.<br \/>\n\tCollaborative, with an ability to influence cross-functional teams.<\/p>\n<p>Education and Experience:<\/p>\n<p>\tMatric<br \/>\n\tBachelor\u2019s degree Sales, Marketing, Business or in a relevant field preferred<br \/>\n\tAt least 3 years\u2019 experience in a business development or B2B sales role.<br \/>\n\tExperience working with CRM systems and using data to drive decision-making.<br \/>\n\tDemonstrated ability to generate leads, manage long sales cycles, and close complex
