\tTWK Agri has the following vacancy available: Manager (Communications) within the Corporate Services division at Piet Retief, Mpumalanga.<\/p>\n
Responsibilities and Duties:<\/p>\n
\tDevelop marketing materials, signage, vehicle branding, and digital and\/or print assets
\n\tPlan and design stationery, long-service certificates, gift vouchers (long-service, EEOTY), and internal publications (Radius, Newsletter)
\n\tDesign static and motion graphics for departments and internal communications
\n\tWrite and manage engaging social media content, ensuring proper posting, distribution, and audience engagement
\n\tMonitor, respond to inquiries, and analyse social media performance for optimisation
\n\tMaintain and update the company website, Intranet, Customer Portal, and internal monitors
\n\tSource and compile articles for the Radius, ensure relevant and engaging content, manage the magazine’s layout, design, and overall presentation, and oversee Radius magazine distribution (local & courier)
\n\tDraft and send internal communications via email, intranet, and Jem
\n\tOversee business cards, printing, laminating, and corporate photo wall updates
\n\tManage year reports, ensuring accurate design and content
\n\tTake responsibility for corporate branding, including signage and farm entrance boards<\/p>\n
Qualifications and Skills:<\/p>\n
\tDiploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field
\n\t3-5 years\u2019 in corporate communications, marketing, or social media management
\n\tExperience in graphic design and content creation
\n\tStrong knowledge of social media trends, analytics, and engagement strategies
\n\tWebsite and intranet management experience is an advantage
\n\tProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, or similar tools
\n\tExcellent writing and communication skills
\n\tStrong organisational and multitasking abilities
\n\tCreativity and innovation in branding and design
\n\tStrong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
\n\tExcellent interpersonal and collaboration skills
\n\tAbility to analyse data and adjust communication strategies accordingly<\/p>\n
