Systems Analysis\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tDrive and support the identification, analysis, and documentation of system and business requirements.\u00a0
\n\tDevelop and refine system strategies to enhance process automation and digital transformation.\u00a0
\n\tCollaborate with IT and business stakeholders to design, implement, and optimize technology solutions.\u00a0
\n\tEnsure quality assurance and testing of systems before deployment.\u00a0
\n\tPost-Implementation Support: Provide ongoing support and troubleshoot post-deployment issues.
\n\tAct as a bridge between technical teams and business users to align solutions with business needs.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Data Analysis & Management\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tCollect, analyse, and interpret business and operational data to support decision-making.
\n\tDevelop and maintain data models and reporting tools to provide insights and trends.\u00a0
\n\tWork with stakeholders to improve data integrity, governance, and reporting accuracy.\u00a0
\n\tLeverage Business Intelligence (BI) tools for data visualization and analysis.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Change Management & Training\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tDrive and support change management efforts to facilitate smooth adoption of new systems and processes.\u00a0
\n\tSupport teams in adapting to new technologies, processes and workflows.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Experience and Qualifications<\/p>\n
Education<\/p>\n
\tRelevant degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Business Systems, or a related field.\u00a0
\n\tCertification: Sage or Oracle ERP (Preferable), Data or Cloud (Preferable)\u00a0<\/p>\n
Experience:<\/p>\n
\tMinimum of 2 years in an IT Analyst, IT Consultant role, Data Analyst, Functional Business Analyst or IT Engineering role.\u00a0<\/p>\n
