\tWe are in the market for a Customer Experience Specialist with professional working proficiency in Polish to join our team in Cape Town.
\n\tAs Customer Experience Specialist (Polish Speaker) you will engage with external customers and internal stakeholders through various communication channels, execute DigiCert’s validation process according to internal documentation, and analyze validation test-data to determine whether systems or processes have met validation criteria<\/p>\n
What you will do\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tReview incoming application forms, validate and submit to DigiCert’s technical department
\n\tEngage with external customers and internal stakeholders via phone, live chat, video calls and email
\n\tResearch customer organizations and verify contact details online
\n\tIdentify, document and alert managers of customer-call trends
\n\tExecute DigiCert’s validation process according to our internal documentation
\n\tAnalyze validation test-data to determine whether systems or processes have met our validation criteria or to identify root causes of production problems
\n\tCoordinate the implementation or scheduling of validation testing with affected departments and team members
\n\tLearn product features and gather customer requirements to confer with management
\n\tDetermine validation objectives and standards with internal managers
\n\tCreate, populate, or maintain databases for tracking validation activities, test results, or validated systems
\n\tProcess incoming and outgoing mail<\/p>\n
What you will have\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tProfessional working proficiency in Polish & English (essential)
\n\t1+ years’ experience in a customer service or similar role
\n\tHigh school qualification (essential) and Tertiary qualification (advantageous)
\n\tProven track-record in evaluating and mitigating risk
\n\tDetail-orientation, aptitude to learn, high level of self-motivation, high degree of curiosity and ability to work independently
\n\tExcellent written and verbal communication skills
\n\tTool experience: Microsoft Office and other software applications<\/p>\n
