A large part of the role will focus on delivering an outstanding employee and stakeholder experience, balancing the needs of the business whilst being fair to our employees to drive employee engagement and retention.<\/p>\n<p>What you&#8217;ll be doing:<\/p>\n<p>\tBe the HR subject matter expert and trusted advisor to the business on all people-related topics<br \/>\n\tWork with stakeholders to ensure their teams are structured correctly and able to deliver the performance requirements for today\u2019s and tomorrow\u2019s needs<br \/>\n\tBe the escalation point of contact for complex industrial relations issues including absence management, flexible working requests, performance management, disciplinaries and grievances etc<br \/>\n\tOversee HR compliance for SA: BBBEE compliance, Payroll, Benefits Administration, Performance Management, Compensation Analysis<br \/>\n\tWork with the Head of HR to ensure we develop the required capabilities for the business and to establish AnyVan as an \u201cemployer of choice\u201d<br \/>\n\tDaily support for the local central support team, taking care of the entire employee lifecycle; benefits, pensions, process administration, performance management, absence management<br \/>\n\tDevelop a commercial understanding of key business metrics, prepare relevant and high quality reports and highlight trends and provide insightful commentary<br \/>\n\tHelp the business successfully manage change by keeping employees well informed of the \u2018why\u2019 we make the decisions we do<br \/>\n\tProfessionally engage and interact with 3rd party suppliers i.e., benefits providers, employment lawyers etc<br \/>\n\tOversee and administer end-to-end payroll operations for both the UK and South Africa, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant processing in line with local regulations and company policies<br \/>\n\tEnd to end benefits administration for both UK and South Africa<br \/>\n\tCollaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous process improvement and automation, enhancing operational efficiency and delivering added value<\/p>\n<p>Experience we think you&#8217;ll need to be successful in the role;<\/p>\n<p>\tSolid experience in an international HR Role with expertise in driving employee engagement, great culture and a wide range of ER issues<br \/>\n\tStrong knowledge of Employment Law in South Africa and ideally the UK and Europe<br \/>\n\tProven track record creating and delivering effective programmes and initiatives that solve business challenges\/issues<br \/>\n\tExperience of creating and leveraging diversity to benefit the team and the business<br \/>\n\tGood understanding of HR platforms and tools and how to work with them to get the best out of them (Automation, Reporting, business engagement, etc)<br \/>\n\tProven track record delivering quantifiable results in line with business objectives<br \/>\n\tCIPD qualified would be beneficial but not essential<br \/>\n\tGood understanding Sage Payroll (SA) and Payfit (UK)<\/p>\n<p>SKILLS<\/p>\n<p>\tSolution focused and results driven<br \/>\n\tBuilds great relationships across all levels and cares about people<br \/>\n\tExcellent communication skills with the ability to effectively liaise with and influence stakeholders at all levels<br \/>\n\tDriven by providing exceptional employee and stakeholder experiences<br \/>\n\tAn ability to input strategically and deliver operationally<br \/>\n\tAbility to deliver improvements through effective change management (both people and process)<br \/>\n\tAnalytical thinker with strong data analysis and report building skills and a strong understanding of people and culture metrics and how to measure them<br \/>\n\tHigh levels of attention to detail, multitasking and prioritisation skills<\/p>\n<p>Apply via company website ( N \/ A ) or<\/p>\n<p>jobs.ashbyhq.com<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":2,"featured_media":0,"template":"","meta":{"_promoted":"","_job_location":"","_application":"http:\/\/jobs.ashbyhq.com","_company_name":"AnyVan","_company_website":"http:\/\/N%20\/%20A","_company_tagline":"AnyVan makes moving anything easier, more affordable and greener for everyone.
