\tYou will play a pivotal role in driving sales and activation ratios.
\n\tManage in-branch marketing activities, assist in staff route planning for outbound initiatives, and create revenue-generating opportunities aligned with iKhokha’ s goals.
\n\tTake charge of P&L statements, effectively manage branch staff, and serve as a brand ambassador of the iK Tribe and culture within the branch.
\n\tContribute to community engagement efforts, evangelizing iKhokha to create a strong local brand presence.<\/p>\n
In addition to the above, you will:\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tAccountable for the performance of the iKhokha Head Office store
\n\tResponsible for store P&L\u2019s.
\n\tSales.
\n\tCustomer service.
\n\tResponsible for maintaining relationships linked to stores.
\n\tInterview, recruit, and train new staff.
\n\tImplement Performance management processes to ensure that new staff thrive and targets are met.
\n\tFirst level HR and IR skills.
\n\tMonitor productivity of staff daily as per company requirement.
\n\tResponsible for in-store stock management.
\n\tWeekly stock takes and cycle counting.
\n\tMaintain asset register of instore equipment.
\n\tMaintain asset register of all branding materials
\n\tBasic understanding of POS systems for stock management.
\n\tReport back to internal stakeholders weekly\/monthly on store performance.
\n\tShare ad hoc survey results with necessary internal stakeholders.
\n\tFeedback on general in-store activity.
\n\tReport in required market insights within the designated area.<\/p>\n
Qualifications:\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tCompleted Matric\/Grade 12
\n\tUndergraduate Degree (Advantageous)<\/p>\n

\tInformal market retail experience with a strong focus on growth.
\n\t3+ years of experience in a similar role.
\n\tExperience within Informal-market banking branch, cellular retail, FMCG or Alcohol industries is advantageous.
\n\tExperience in retail operations.
\n\tUnderstanding of informal markets and in-branch retail dynamics.
\n\tBasic understanding of key stakeholders within the designated Store Location
\n\tSales Management against designated target
\n\tValid driver\u2019s license
