Minimum Requirements<\/p>\n
\tFinal year student in the engineering sciences or Undergraduate engineering degree.
\n\tProficiency with English as a medium of communication.
\n\tNo minimum work experience is required.<\/p>\n
Duties & Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Supports Technical investigations, gathers and analyses data.<\/p>\n
\tGather and analyse process data related to manufacturing processes and equipment.
\n\tTroubleshoot, make assessments, complete calculations, develop solutions.
\n\tWorks with others to prepare relevant documentation, i.e. URS, SOPs, validation protocols and reports.<\/p>\n
Supports project planning, execution and delivery.<\/p>\n
\tAttend project and team meetings, documenting actions and tracking progress as needed.
\n\tAssist in planning, scheduling, and tracking project tasks to ensure timely and efficient execution under supervision.
\n\tSupport equipment installations and qualifications by coordinating resources, documenting activities, and ensuring GMP compliance.
\n\tCollaborate with cross-functional teams to collect data, analyse performance, and implement process improvements effectively.<\/p>\n
Supports plant equipment commissioning and maintenance activities.<\/p>\n
\tAssists the Engineering team with scheduled as well as unscheduled activities.
\n\tAssist in preparing and executing equipment commissioning protocols and related documentation.
\n\tTroubleshoot, make assessments, complete calculations, develop solutions to resolve equipment issues and optimize performance.<\/p>\n
Complies with Good Manufacturing Procedures and other relevant legislation, i.e. OHSAct.<\/p>\n
\tWorks with others to ensure manufacturing Engineering SOP\u2019s are up-to-date.
\n\tParticipates in validation studies as required.
\n\tWorks in a safe manner and assists others to do the same.
\n\tEnsure that appropriate PPE is worn.
\n\tReports non-conformances, SHE issues, and breakdowns to senior team members.
\n\tAct as Safety Rep, Evacuation Team Leader or First-Aider as required.<\/p>\n
