\n\tBachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Information Technology, Business, Finance or Economics\u00a0
\n\tA minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
\n\tExceptional analytical, conceptual thinking skills, proficiency in data analysis tools, excellent communication skills, and knowledge of business processes
\n\tThe ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions
\n\tFTI Advanced program in Business Analysis (AdBA)<\/p>\n
Duties and Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tUnderstanding the business requirements, and through a structured process
\n\tDocumenting, validating and translating it into functional specifications that are used by
\n\tDevelopers to craft a technical solution.
\n\tTesting and validating the functionality of the technical solution against the business.
\n\tInterfacing between the business client and the development team with regards to the business and functional requirements.
\n\tEnsuring that the business requirements are delivered in the implemented solution.
\n\tWorking with multiple business areas and multiple teams that require deep integration ofsolutions.
\n\tBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with clients and acting as consultant on the application.
\n\tContinuously seeking to improve current business processes.
\n\tConduct research and collect data which will help in meeting client\u2019s needs.
\n\tAnalysis of information using various statistical methods to determine various patterns.
\n\tProvide training on functionality developed and improved.Ensure team members within group perform effectively and productively.<\/p>\n
