\tAs a CPM you will work in an agile environment responsible for the timely completion of all commercial\/financial related tasks to contribute to project success.
\n\tFurthermore, supporting the respective Project Manager in all other areas with the objective of executing the project according to the defined Project Management (PM) standards, customer requirements and the applicable Financial Reporting Guidelines (FRG).<\/p>\n
How You\u2019ll Make an Impact \u00a0<\/p>\n
\tEnsures the compliance with the LoA guidelines for all commercial aspects
\n\tEnsures the accuracy of project books and records, including recording of such in the appropriate systems, e.g. SAP – ensures compliance with Siemens-FRG plus the local Gaap requirements. Ensures all related Project Reporting and Controlling activities
\n\tSupports the Project Manager that the financial results according to set targets are managed with due professional care and optimizes the project gross profit, cash flow and assets and financing instruments
\n\tActively communicates with customer’s commercial representatives and manages solving of commercial issues
\n\tTogether with the PM proactively setting up a contract and claim management in the project, including involvement and cooperation with the assigned contract manager
\n\tSupports the PM in identifying, evaluating and assessing risk and opportunities, strategies and response activities \u2013 taking over the full responsibility in this regard with respect to all commercial risks and opportunities
\n\tSupports Project Manager to select and involve partners \/ subcontractors
\n\tRepresents the project in the relevant decision boards internally and externally.
\n\tAgrees targets with commercial project staff and delegates defined responsibilities and authority
\n\tLeads commercial project team members to act according to the Business Conduct Guidelines and establishes a culture of trust and integrity<\/p>\n
What You Bring\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tBachelor\u2019s degree in Accounting \/ Finance
\n\tCertified CPM for “Small or C” Category projects would be preferred
\n\tExperience with Project Management methods, processes and tools
\n\tExperience with Business Processes (project execution, sales, purchasing etc\u2026)
\n\tAccounting Principles (FRGs)
\n\tAsset Management
\n\tContract\/Claim Management
\n\tProject Risk & Opportunity Management
\n\tCommand over MS Office (Excel, Power Point etc…)
\n\tProficiency with related SAP modules
\n\tExcellent oral & written communication & presentation skills in English
\n\tExperience with forecasting, reporting, and analysis
\n\tExperience with import\/export and logistics topics<\/p>\n
