\n\tWNS will assist in delivering impeccable customer experience, through voice, chat and email channels to ensure customers remain loyal to the brand, use social media to share their experiences, and to increase revenue to their business<\/p>\n
Qualifications<\/p>\n
\tMinimum requirement Grade 12
\n\tUK call center experience advantageous
\n\t1 \u2013 2 years of Contact Center Experience
\n\tExperience if the fashion industry with high end brands
\n\tExcellent communications skills: clear and neutral accent
\n\tYour language proficiency level means you can speak, listen and write fluently and independently
\n\tYou can work collaboratively in a global team using your brilliant communication skills for greater good
\n\tYou can resolve challenging situations
\n\tYou are able to maintain a friendly, warm and professional tone of voice during all interactions with customers
\n\tYou articulate the concept of luxury in every customer interaction by using formal, positive, and professional language.
\n\tYou can ask relevant probing questions to understand customer’s needs: knowledge of open and closed questions differences and investigation process
\n\tYou can empathize with the customer\u2019s problem\/needs: acknowledgment and genuine interest in customers
\n\tYou can proactively provide solutions in a timely manner and spot potential issues before they escalate
\n\tYou are adept at client relationship building and able to deliver a personalized, impeccable customer service
\n\tYou are emotionally intelligent and can empathize and adapt accordingly to appreciate different perspectives
\n\tYou always put the customer first and priorities the need of the customer
\n\tYou can manage and proactively de-escalate difficult situation
\n\tYou are proficient with a desktop computer, Microsoft Word and Outlook
\n\tYou have strong IT literacy and an understanding of the digital world
\n\tYou multi-task to meet time-critical SLA’s in today’s dynamic retail environment
\n\tYou understand the function and the aim of the customer care industry.<\/p>\n
Additional Information<\/p>\n
\tRetail experience will be preferable and this is a 24\/7 shifted environment.<\/p>\n
