Total Guest Experience<\/p>\n
\tEnsure all guests receive outstanding service, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and effectively.
\n\tMonitor and analyze guest feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance the overall dining experience.
\n\tUphold and enforce the restaurant’s service standards, ensuring all staff align with the vision of delivering an exceptional guest experience.<\/p>\n
Financial Management<\/p>\n
\tAssist in managing the restaurant\u2019s budget by monitoring expenses, revenue, and profitability.
\n\tImplement and oversee cost control measures to optimize profitability while maintaining high service and quality standards.
\n\tReview and analyze financial reports (sales, labor costs, inventory levels) and provide recommendations for improvement.<\/p>\n
Administration and KPI Management<\/p>\n
\tOversee daily administrative tasks such as scheduling, inventory management, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
\n\tTrack and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess restaurant performance and identify areas for improvement.
\n\tPrepare and present regular reports on operational and financial performance to the GM.<\/p>\n
Planning and Execution<\/p>\n
\tCollaborate with the GM to develop and execute strategic plans that align with the restaurant’s business goals and objectives.
\n\tEnsure the effective implementation of operational strategies, including menu changes, service improvements, and special events.
\n\tAddress and resolve operational challenges promptly, implementing solutions to improve overall restaurant performance.<\/p>\n
Training and Development<\/p>\n
\tAssist in developing and delivering training programs for new hires and existing staff to ensure they meet the restaurant\u2019s standards.
\n\tMonitor staff performance and provide feedback, coaching, and support to foster professional growth and development.
\n\tIdentify and nurture potential future leaders within the team to build a strong and capable workforce.<\/p>\n
Business Acquisition and Campaign Activation<\/p>\n
\tContribute to efforts aimed at acquiring new business and increasing the customer base through networking, promotions, and community engagement.
\n\tSupport the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and special promotions to drive sales and attract new guests.
\n\tAssist in analyzing market trends and the competitive landscape to identify opportunities for business growth and development.<\/p>\n
Qualifications<\/p>\n
\tProven experience in restaurant management or a similar role with a strong understanding of restaurant operations and financial management.
\n\tExcellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
\n\tAbility to analyze financial data and make data-driven decisions to improve business performance.
\n\tStrong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle the demands of daily operations.
\n\tExperience in training and developing staff to meet performance expectations and uphold company standards.
\n\tKnowledge of marketing strategies, business development, and customer acquisition techniques.<\/p>\n
