\tWe\u2019re looking for a highly skilled and motivated POC Technical Support Specialist to join our team.
\n\tThis role will take ownership of the Proof of Concept (POC), trial, and demonstration processes of Microsoft Surface devices for enterprise clients.
\n\tYou\u2019ll need to bring a strong technical background, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and a passion for innovation.

Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
POC & Demo Management<\/p>\n
\tManage end-to-end POC, trial, and demo engagements for enterprise clients
\n\tEnsure a seamless, high-quality customer experience
\n\tKeep accurate documentation of all technical processes, challenges and resolutions
\n\tPrepare monthly reports and insights based on POC performance and trends<\/p>\n
Demo Stock Management<\/p>\n
\tMaintain an accurate inventory of demo stock
\n\tEnsure stock reflects the current and upcoming portfolio
\n\tAlign stock requirements to new product introductions and business needs<\/p>\n
Technical Support<\/p>\n
\tRespond to all technical queries within 24 hours
\n\tTroubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during POCs and demos
\n\tVerify app compatibility within client environments<\/p>\n
Training & Enablement<\/p>\n
\tStay certified in key Microsoft workloads (Surface, M365, Co-Pilot, Security and Azure)
\n\tDeliver technical training sessions to resellers and internal teams
\n\tPromote adoption of Microsoft tools and certifications amongst channel partners<\/p>\n
Event Support<\/p>\n
\tEnsure all demo units are up to date and provisioned for technical events
\n\tManage technical content and user experience at events
\n\tCapture and track leads generated through events in collaboration with the business development team<\/p>\n
Content & Asset Management<\/p>\n
\tMaintain a central repository of updated demo content and technical assets
\n\tSource or develop content that supports presales and demo engagement<\/p>\n
Qualifications & Experience:<\/p>\n
\tRelevant Qualification in IT
\n\tPrevious experience managing POCs, demos or trials in a corporate\/enterprise environment
\n\tStrong technical knowledge of Surface devices and Microsoft\u2019s broader ecosystem
\n\tFamiliarity with CRM platforms and enterprise software
\n\tMicrosoft certifications in AI, Security or related fields (preferred)<\/p>\n
Technical Competencies:<\/p>\n
\tUnderstanding of Surface, M365, Azure and Microsoft security offerings
\n\tAbility to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues independently
\n\tStrong documentation and reporting capabilities<\/p>\n
Soft Skills:<\/p>\n
\tGreat verbal and written communication
\n\tAbility to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
\n\tHighly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects at once
\n\tA proactive, customer-focused attitude<\/p>\n
