The People Operations Administrator will be responsible for:<\/p>\n
\tMaintain Master Data Sheet for new starters and terminations captured on UKG.
\n\tResponsible for actioning contract changes within UKG (contract changes, transfers, exits).
\n\tEnsure all increases\/promotions for each country are actioned in UKG on time in all relevant systems
\n\tEnsure that the HR systems (UKG\/LOLA\/Futura\/Fresh Service Desk) is maintained and compliant with current statutory requirements and according to SLA\u2019s.
\n\tAdhere to the set payroll deadlines for payroll input.
\n\tEnsure all emails and Fresh Service Desk queries related to UKG\/LOLA\/Futura are responded to within a timely manner (48 hours).
\n\tProvide support to the Retail team regarding any payroll queries related to UKG.
\n\tCarry out any other duties assigned by the People Operations Manager or HR Director.<\/p>\n
Special Areas of Note<\/p>\n
\tTo maintain confidentiality in all payroll related matters.
\n\tTo ensure that payroll records are correctly secured at all times, ensuring that only authorized personnel can access.<\/p>\n
Administration<\/p>\n
\tEnsure punctuality and accuracy in completion of tasks.
\n\tTo support Payroll Supervisor with reporting information, when required.
\n\tEnsure adherence to company policies and procedures at all times, and continually keep abreast of changes to these as they occur.
\n\tFlag any configuration issues related to the country specific pcd within UKG.<\/p>\n

\n\tProvides an example for others to follow
\n\tParticipate in projects to improve the operation of the division\/company

To be successful in this role you will have<\/p>\n
\tA minimum of 1-3 years of HR administration and\/or Payroll administration experience
\n\tRetail payrolls and\/or T&A experience desirable
\n\tExcellent Customer Service Skills
\n\tUp to date knowledge of relevant legislation and statutory requirements
\n\tExcel \u2013 Intermediate to Advanced level
\n\tGood mathematical skills
\n\tWindows and other Microsoft office Products<\/p>\n
