Reporting and Cashflow Forecasting<\/p>\n
\tTo ensure that the monthly and quarterly reporting processes for the respective countries are met and executed within the stipulated deadlines.
\n\tCompiling information for the Business Review Process
\n\tExecuting of ad-hoc reporting requirements
\n\tSupport the Manager SADC with effective and on-time reporting, forecasting and cashflow management to meet ongoing operational and capital investment requirements.
\n\tTo actively compile and utilise SADC financial reports as a management tool for continuous business performance and improvement cashflow management.
\n\tAnalysis of actual versus forecasted cashflow position and advise on course of action for improvement purposes.
\n\tTo ensure that the monthly reporting processes for the respective countries are met and executed within the stipulated deadlines.
\n\tCompiling information for the Business Review Process
\n\tPreparing the audit and tax packs for interim and year end reporting in Vena.
\n\tSupport the FM SADC with effective and on-time reporting, forecasting and cashflow management to meet ongoing operational and capital investment requirements.
\n\tTo actively compile SADC financial reports as a management tool for continuous business performance in order to analyse actual versus budgeted results.
\n\tLiaising with other territories outside SADC regarding interco debtors and maintain interco loans.
\n\tExperience with ERP systems, D365 together with reporting systems Vena and TM1.<\/p>\n
Balance Sheet Management<\/p>\n
\tTo support the reconciliation of balance sheet accounts and ensure reconciliations are prepared\/reviewed on a timely basis.
\n\tMaintain the accuracy of the general ledger for all SADC entities. Substantiating all transactions against supporting documents and the process of identifying and adjusting for discrepancies ensures that all transactions within the general ledger have been verified and reported correctly.
\n\tReviewing VAT, PAYE for all SADC entities
\n\tLiaising with tax advisors in all SADC regions in order to ensure compliance with the relative tax authorities.
\n\tLiaising with other stakeholders for other adhoc queries requiring resolution.<\/p>\n
Control Environment<\/p>\n
\tTo ensure annual audit preparation processes are in place and are effectively implemented.
\n\tTo actively develop management controls emanating from the audit findings and ensure on time implementation thereof.
\n\tTo provide the necessary support in the review and or development of accounting policies and procedures in order to ensure adherence to all relevant accounting framework and statutory compliance.
\n\tTo ensure annual audit preparation processes are in place and are effectively implemented.
\n\tTo actively develop management controls emanating from the audit findings and ensure on time implementation thereof.
\n\tTo provide the necessary support in the review and or development of accounting policies and procedures in order to ensure adherence to all relevant accounting framework and statutory compliance.
\n\tCompiling or co-ordination of annual financial statements in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards and within the timeframe set by the Group.<\/p>\n
Financial Business Partner<\/p>\n
\tParticipate in the review of business performance.
\n\tActively engage with the operations, advise, provide financial coaching where necessary and deliver timely, relevant, and insightful management to the region to inform business decisions.
\n\tSupport the Finance function and partner with the operations in protecting the assets of the company and in ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
\n\tParticipate in the review of the business performance by explaining Opex expense variances on a monthly basis.
\n\tActively engage with the operations, advise, provide financial coaching where necessary and deliver timely, relevant and insightful management to the region to inform business decisions.
\n\tSupport the Finance function and partner with the operations of the company and in ensuring compliance with financial regulations.<\/p>\n
